OUR TEAM

John R. Miller, President / CEO

I was hired by IBM in 1981 as a design engineer and worked in East Fishkill, N.Y. for 12 years. In the years that followed, I occupied many roles and diversified my expertise in Electrostatic Chucks at Dorsey Gage, Praxair Surface Technologies, and FM Industries. Direct oversight of the design and development of ESCs has exposed me to many different semiconductor processes and process tools. HES Industries, though a new company, has a long history of which I am very proud.

I'm confident we can pass along to our customers the learnings of almost three decades and provide a product that can exceed the critical demands of our industry.

John Miller, President & CEO
